Unfortunately, pain and pain are part of life. You may wake up in the morning and find that your hips are very tight, or you feel a sore knee when you walk around. There are many reasons for those awkward pains: sitting too long, lifting your back instead of lifting your legs, and certain types of exercise, such as running or cycling or old injuries.

3. Find a good therapist

You can also relieve symptoms through body-centered psychotherapy. As mentioned above, sensory exercise therapy (also known as "body-oriented talk therapy") can help you deal with both emotional and physical pain.
