4. What does your urine look like

Stoller says that pale and plenty of urine is ideal. But the colors can range from pale to deep amber - even on the same day. You don't have to worry about darkness, fluorescent yellow or orange-red urine, which means that you have been dehydrated, too much vitamin C or eat red food such as beets.

But some colors are more worrying. For example, black, brown urine may be a sign of porphyria, a nervous system that threatens porphyria. Think about it, it's time to see a doctor, especially if you are experiencing other symptoms such as abdominal pain and sensitivity to light.

The blood in your urine means that you may be dealing with some straightforward things like urinary tract infections or kidney stones that usually go hand in hand with other pain symptoms. No pain? If your urine is orange, you should also go to a specialist. This may indicate that your liver is not working properly - especially if you also notice the yellow tones of the skin and eyes.

Also pay attention to the smell of urine. A healthy person's urination should not give up an odor because it consists mainly of water. But the delicious urine may be a sign of diabetes or your metabolism may not work properly, and the musty may be related to liver disease.
