8. Focus on food

Although there is no diet for everyone, it is important to pay attention to the food in your body. When you create a breakfast ritual, purposefully prepare meals and snacks, and focus on the nutrients your body needs, you also make sure you get the right fuel to help you spend the rest of the day.

Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine recommends that breast cancer patients eat a diet rich in phytochemicals, fruits and whole grains, while reducing saturated fat and avoiding healing, pickling or smoking Food, as well as alcohol. (But for anyone and everyone, these are good guidelines for healthy eating!)

9. Relaxing before going to bed

There is no way around: a good day, good mood and the key to health is a good night's sleep. This means that part of your morning ritual actually started the night before.

Just as you set the alarm to wake up in the morning, you must set the bedtime alarm. When it goes out, it's time to relax, so you can get a good night's sleep. Then leave the phone outside your bedroom or mute or airplane mode to make sure you have an undisturbed, quiet night.
