Facts about Polllotarian Diet

A pollotarian diet consists of eating chicken, fish, dairy products and eggs, but not eating any red meat or meat from terrestrial mammals. The "pollo" prefix in pollotarian literally means chicken, although pollarianans eat other poultry. Some people temporarily transition to a pollotarian diet before becoming a vegetarian. Others just want to give up red meat to reduce the risk of heart disease and lowering cholesterol. Some people mistakenly believe that the polloarian diet is vegetarian because they don't think poultry is meat because they make beef. Regardless of this error, there is indeed some health advantage in eliminating red meat from the diet.
