Deepak Chopra can do a minute of meditation on your desk

Last year, I had the opportunity to meet and meditate with the doctor and bestselling author Deepak Chopra. Deepak Chopra is the leader of Sonima.com's mind and body medicine and meditation consultants.

Chopra believes that you can start practicing meditation anywhere - even look at your desk with your eyes open. He tells us about stopping meditation, which can be practiced in one minute at any time of the day to relieve stress and increase your concentration.

In this short video, Joppa explains how to meditate on your desk for a minute, let yourself rest from the day and complain and help you regain clarity and calm.

Chopra's tips on how to practice stopping meditation

1. Stop What are you doing.

2. Take a deep breath and focus on the feeling of breathing. You can even calculate your breathing, that is, inhaling "1", exhaling "2", inhaling "3", etc. This helps you reconnect to the current moment and create a buffer between your thoughts and actions.

3 . Observe what happened . Ask yourself four questions:

Who am I?
What do I want?
What is my Dharma or purpose?
What am I grateful for?

]

4. Continue this new awareness of your day (based on your thoughts or answers to the above questions).
