Gastritis is a medical term used to refer to inflammation of the stomach wall. This is a condition with multiple causes, but the symptoms are often similar regardless of their origin. You may feel sick or hungner than usual. Some people find that they have unexplained weight loss. After eating, you may feel uncomfortable fullness, especially on your upper abdomen.
