7. Bathroom

"Bathrooms need constant attention," Yang said. “The water in the bath and shower air causes mold and scum, so a good way to keep the room clean is to use lemon, tea, eucalyptus and lavender essential oils.” (Note: These oils can be used in diffusers or homemade cleaning products.) For an exhilarating, vibrant atmosphere, Anthony recommends mixing grapefruit, rosemary and mint. “This combination is clean and white,” she said. “This is a great way to start a new day.”
