Remedy for yak knots in barefoot running

痉挛 - Also known as knot - is common in runners' calf muscles. Whether your legs are running barefoot or running often, the choices for treatment and prevention are similar. Although there are several stretches that are effective, the standing calf stretch is effective for athletes of all experience. First place your hands on the wall near the shoulder height and then stand on the length of one arm. Stabilize your abs and straighten your back, then take a step forward and start to move your entire body toward the wall until your elbows are flat on it. Keep your body straight and your feet firmly attached to the floor. Keep the stretch number 20, release slowly, and repeat the action with the other leg.
