Marie Forleo shares her secrets to avoid burnout

Forleo's productivity tips include creating regular meditation exercises, exercising, making to-do lists before going to bed, and freeing up time and playing for music. She is particularly keen to provide career advice, such as knowing when and how to say "no" to less-than-correct opportunities, and make the most of your workday by "doing more with more to get more."
